Lodge Altitud - San Pedro de Atacama

Amazing breakfast with a variety of delicious options - eggs, ham, cheese, cake, bread, cereal. We were pleasantly surprised!

Although the breakfast is basic, we were able to use the kitchen to cook additional meals whenever we wanted.

Great value for money, cozy rustic room, peaceful location away from the center but still within walking distance, beautiful pool area, helpful staff with great recommendations.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety or additional options.

For the price we paid, our stay at Lodge Altitud was great value. The room was lovely and had a fantastic view. The location, away from the town, provided a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The staff, especially the friendly receptionist, were helpful and made us feel welcome.

Located just outside the village, the rooms have a rustic feeling, the pool is super refreshing, the garden is an oasis in the desert, the view is jaw-dropping, and stargazing at night is mind-blowing! The amazing host is passionate about astronomy and the Astro tour is a must. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Quiet location, 10-minute walk from center. Laidback atmosphere, friendly staff mainly communicate via Whatsapp. Enjoyable pool for relaxation. Good breakfast selection. Upgraded room with stunning volcano views.

Free breakfast, a terrace, and a poolside bar, woohoo! Tour desk was kinda helpful. Close to a few nice places, but not too close to be bothered by civilization.

Oh, the beds were just heaven, like sleeping on a pile of rocks. And it was so dark, I felt like I was in a vampire's lair.

We had a really pleasant stay at Lodge Altitud. the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the reception area, breakfast area, and outdoor spaces. Alvaro, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. He even took the time to show us around San Pedro and gave us great recommendations. the lodge itself is nicely located, just a 15-minute walk from the town center. the rooms are cozy and well-decorated, and the cleaning is done daily. We loved the large property with plenty of outdoor spaces, including a barbecue area and a nice swimming pool. Lodge Altitud is definitely the best in its category. Cons: Liked everything 😊.

I recently stayed at this lovely lodge in San Pedro de Atacama for a few nights. The host was amazing, speaking great English and providing excellent service. He even picked us up in his jeep, making the journey to the lodge hassle-free. The location was perfect for stargazing at night, and the peaceful atmosphere was so relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you don't speak much Spanish.

We had a wonderful stay in a budget-friendly lodge nestled in a peaceful location. the view of the stars at night was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Despite limited staff, the woman in charge was extremely friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast, although simple, provided a satisfying start to our day. We also enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool and the tranquil atmosphere.

There were a limited number of sun beds by the pool, which was a bit inconvenient during peak times.
